While ‘kingdom’ conjures up monarchs and subjects, ‘peopledom’ speaks of constituents and communities.

We are for Peopledoms! Peopledoms over kingdoms.
For us, the best organisations are built not on powerful leaders but on change-capable constituents and collaborative communities. For us, the leaders who put their peopledom at the centre are the ones most worthy of a crown.
How are things in your peopledom?
Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life
I don’t know who said that but I decided to test the theory by founding Peopledom. Because what I love is to help leaders and teams on their people-dependent change journeys.
My industry experience spans FMCG, retail, and airline and I’ve worked across geographies and cultures in both global and local roles. I specialise in organisational change management, culture transformation, and team & leader effectiveness. I am a Prosci® certified practitioner and advanced instructor, Insights Discovery® accredited, an ICF professional coach and am currently indulging my inner geek with a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of London.
I am driven by a burning desire to get you further and faster than you can alone and to leave your peopledom stronger than I found it. If you want someone to straight talk, not smooth talk, and to wear your brand like a tatoo then give me a call.
Collaborators
Peopledom is fortunate to partner with some exceptional people in the organisational change, culture, and development space. This means that our diminutive size doesn’t hold us back from the big jobs.
When we need additional muscle we call on trusted collaborators with strong track records and the same customer obsession as Peopledom. Partners in Ireland, The UK, The Netherlands and the U.S. make for satisfied clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
Clients
Our clients typically identify an opportunity or a challenge with a people flavour.
We hear from leaders for whom something is not quite working… a change that isn’t sticking, a team that is not cohesive, a culture that is not fit-for-mission. We also hear from leaders who see potential for change and they want to get it right first time. A new strategy or initiative, new behaviours or ways of working, a new change capability.
Whether it’s a challenge or opportunity, as long as it’s people-dependent change, Peopledom is all in.
