Based on Jungian psychology, Insights® Discovery provides an individual personality profile designed to help us understand ourselves and others and improve how we connect, collaborate, perform, develop, and lead. It begins with a diagnostic questionnaire followed by a facilitated debrief or team workshop. Discovering Team Effectiveness builds on Discovery by focusing on how teams like to work together and how well they work together. Self-Aware Leader is recommended for leaders who want to build on Discovery by exploring how their natural preferences inform how they lead. Leaders work with the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile, which gives insight into critical abilities within leadership dimensions and practical strategies for enhancing effectiveness in each area.

Alignment doesn't necessarily mean everyone has to think the same thing, or even agree with each other. Alignment is when people with shared goals genuinely commit to taking the best possible course of action. Misalignment happens when people with shared goals do not have a shared understanding about the ‘what, why or how’. These alignment gaps often sit in the ‘blind spot’ and Mirror Mirror’s diagnostic can surface them. Part 1 involves a diagnostic to reveal the common ground and differences between how people perceive their collective work.
